Quality Assurance
Our construction services are guaranteed to
prevent any possible defects or mistakes
with construction materials before any after
delivery to the construction site. This is
what is called QA (Quality Assurance) the
check if the delivered materials meet the
requirements and specifications approved by
the client. Moreover, QA is vital to check
all items are in comply with agreed
standards and avoid having any conflict with
the original functionality objectives. After
the completion of the project, QC (Quality
Control) Engineer is going to visit the site
and verify if the construction details match
with drawings and technical data received
earlier.
Material Quality
Assurance
a) Schedule of material as per drawing
specification bill of quantity and schedule
work (material needed at site) and it will
show date needed for approval date of
purchasing.
b) A quality control engineers will monitor
the material submittals.
c) Technical department will study the
specification and drawing and send the
technical data with samples to site quality
control engineers.
d) The quality control engineer will study
the material compare it with the
specification of the contract if is required
or equivalent and meet requirements he will
submit to the consultant for approval.
Site Quality
Control
a) The quality control engineer will submit
to the consultant a method of statement for
each and every activity for approval.
b) The approved method of statement will be
given to the site engineer to be followed at
site in execution of that activity.
c) When the work is ready, the site engineer
will inform the quality control engineer who
will inspect the work and if it is as per
drawing & specification, he will give
request for inspection by consultant making
sure that it had been done as per method of
statement.
d) A system of inspection request
will be established in the site with special
inspection requests and pouring cards for
each and every activities for approval from
consultant.
